I am Azhar Nadeem representing Human Development Foundation, a non-profit organization from Pakistan. We are trying to create a reporting system to capture essential Household (HH) level information from our target population.
an inconclusive set of indicators is given below.
1. Village Name
2. Women in reproductive age (WRA)
3. Pregnant ladies (PL)
4. Vaccination Status of Population
5. Death during the month
6. Diseases prevalent in the area etc
7. Mortality rates
8. Contraceptive prevalence rates (CPR)
All the indicators will be tracked on Monthly basis. Kindly advise me how Can I achieve this. I tried to use Pivot table but that did not serve my needs well.
I came across an employee management software built in Excel but file size is quite big and cant be attached here but that is wonderfully built
Kindly review attached files and help.
