How to pull data by typing in one specific value

i am creating a routine for my workers. I have two rows of data, one has the day of the rolling week (for example Week1Mon) and the other row has the task. I want to create on a new tab a formula where they can just type in Week1Mon and all the tasks come up next to it. I tried VLOOKUP, but it only gives me one value, not all of them?
