pull down menu

I made a wood materials cost spread sheet. I have a cell which I enter a wood type such as "cedar" another cell has a pull down menu dedicated to that cell with color options. My question is, Is it possible to make another cell dedicated to that same cell with "cedar" entered with a different pull down list of other options?
