Alphanumeric-Fully AutoFill & change new set of Alphanumeric when reach it max.target

I am Excel 2003 user, this is my 1st time in this forums. Hope your can help me to
solve the below problem.
1: How to make " Alphanumeric " to fully AutoFill after fillup the 1st cell manaully only ?
2: How to make the " Alphanumeric " auto jump to next row & continue the rest of the Alphanumeric ?
3: When the "Alphanumeric reach it maximum target, it will auto start with New Set of Alphanumeric ?
