We are quite close, you may have missed my comments under the original spreadsheet. I need to discount the lunch and break times between 10:00 thru 10:15 AM, 12:00 thru 12:30 PM, and 2:00 thru 2:15 therefore the answers should be as follows

H4=3:45
H5=1:15
H6= :30
H7=1:15
H8=:10
H9=1:18
H10=1:02
