I am using Excel 2007 and I want to highlight the subtotal rows only. I view the subtotals only and select the subtotals I want to highlight and hit F5 and select visible cells only and for some reason only the first cell in my range gets the box around ithe outside and only this cell gets formatted (filled with colour). If I select more cells at this stage then all cells including the detail rows gets highlighted. Am I missing a setting or something?
I tried it also using the shortcut key ATL and ; and it does the same. I also would like to use this process to copy subtotals only and it gives the same problem.

Just tried this on Excel 2013 and it worked fine, is there some difference in the command between 2007 and 2013
