I have 2 pdf files, need to compare those 2 pdf's and put the differences in an excel spreadsheet. please help

I think you're going to need to do a bit of work on that one. Excel, be default, doesn't have a native way to open a PDF document. I use AbleToExtract for this purpose. Once you have the data in Excel, then the comparisons can start, but until you see what format they come into Excel, there's not much pointing in starting on it.
