Gantt Chat Axis formating to mm/dd required

Hello Pals,

I am back with new problem, please help me out.

Am trying to change the date format in axis bar to only month/date, even i tried in customs mm/dd, but am not getting the required format.

Please help me out with formatting & out look of Gantt chat (required as sample attached in XL sheet).
