I have been able to create outlook task emails from an MS Access database to specific members of a Team, in order to peer review documents (MS Word) and digitally sign those documents.

1. I would like to track those member Outlook task completion replies automatically in MS Access using a workflow i.e

Engineer1 to Engineer2 to Quality Assurance to Configuration Management.


2. Be notified when a document (MS Word) has been digitally signed.

Can anyone help with an approach?
