Comparing multiple sets of data

Hi all. Hope everybody is enjoying Wimbledon!

I have been trying to work out a couple of pivot tables to no avail (headers for the pivots highlighted in red in the attached sample document). You will see that I have managed to create the pivots for other data sets but absolutely cannot get my head around the highlighted ones, bit of a mental block one might say!

I would love a brief example if possible but do understand that I am new and this is my first post.
