Table to record data in new column each time workbook is refreshed.

My current set up is: A live excel table drawing information from SharePoint on sheet 1, a table collating some of the spread sheet data on sheet 2 and a dashboard(chart) on sheet 3. The purpose of the table on sheet 2 is to be a middle man between the live spread sheet as I will use this to record and keep track of the data over time.

What currently happens is that when I refresh the live data page on sheet 1, it automatically updates and overrides the data in the column in the table on sheet 2. What I would like to happen is when I refresh the live page, instead of overwriting the current values, I want it to insert a new column to my table with the date that it was refreshed and the new values. I can then map my dashboard to whichever date in time I wish to show results for.
