Idea for database/filter system management

Hi Excel Gurus!

I'm trying to see if there's any way I can create a database in Excel that helps manage data entries with multiple properties in a single field.
Example is attached in the Excel file.
The goal is to create something like the filter and best match system similar to Newegg.com (screenshot attached).

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!!
