Transpose a pivot to a table

Hope I'm in the right place.

I'm trying to transpose a pivot table in an automated way somehow.

Attached is a file with 2 sheets, the first one is the data and the second is the desired format of the table.

I would love to get some insight on how to do it ( not manually

Please see, can my example help to you.

Click button in attached in sheet desired output, it adds new data from row 9 of that sheet.
