This is a general question, so I understand that any responses will be subjective. However I would appreciate any thoughts/opinions/comments.
My company selected QlikView a year or two ago for developing all dashboards, and I'm wondering if it would make sense to switch over to Power BI.
Microsoft seems to be devoting a lot of resources to enhancing Power BI, and with the ubiquity of Excel they have a big advantage. I have also recently been learning about Power Query, and that looks like a "game changer" in terms of extending Excel's capability to act as a central hub to accumulate, combine and manipulate data from disparate sources.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.
