Hi their

I have column that contains a list of due dates I want the due date to highlight a specific colour of today's date is greater than the due date how can this be done.

Use conditional formatting.

Select the range you want to affect. Go to Home > Conditional Formatting > New Rule

Select "format only cells that contain" from rule type section
Then select "Cell Value" > "Less than" and enter =TODAY() in the 3rd field.

Click Format and choose colour from the Fill tab.

Click Ok. Then click Ok to get out and apply format.
