do new posts get checked?

do new posts get moderated from new members? I posted one last night and it isnt appearing

ok i tried again says i getting an error need 5 posts to post links but I have no links in my thread plus this will be a second post and its saying I have no posts?

You are showing up as having 2 posts, have you made more?

yea this will be my 5th and i cleared cache and my cookies and was able to post at the other one under the formulas forum
