Slicer "All"/Unfiltered Item

Is it possible to include an item inside a Slicer for Pivot Tables which acts like a filter reset. For example, a slicer that with these items "All Regions", "USA", "Canada", "UK" where the "All Regions" is functionally a regex like .* or filter reset?
