I am trying to create a schedule of visits for my Landscaping teams but in Gnatt chart style

they have to do a minimum for 1 visit a week at each site but can do more
the target is 4/5 a month depending on how many weeks are in that month.

how will i got about doing this.

This is what I currently use

Reply using Go Advanced and attach the workbook here, please. On a separate sheet in it, mock up the sort of thing you are looking for.

Thanks - just having a look. Please note that you are asking about a GANTT chart (not gnatt). ;)

So which cells should be grey? When a cell has Y added to it, you want it to turn green - is that it?

yep but like the idea of using a different table to produce Gantt chart but using bar chart graph turned on its side.

Please could you provide a mock-up of the output you are wanting? You are leaving a fair bit to the imagination!
