Dashboard Ideas

Hi I am trying to create a dashboard in excell based on one sheet of data what is attached is what I have come up with so far on the sheets labled Reactive SUM1 Reactive sum2 ppm sum I am trying to get it so when the open up the one sheet they get an overal view of the region, then they select there site and they see the data from there site similar to what i have got now. are there any step by step guides on how to do this.


Also trying to create a calculated field in pivot table to calulate the pass%

I didn't understood very well your request, but I that you are talking about dynamic filters.
Look at this solution (by using slicers), and give us your opinion.
