I am trying to create a conditional formatted chart that changes color when it reaches 25k hours. Is this even possible.

My data is below.

Actual HoursCritical Hours
cell1Cavity #1PM #12250025000
PM #22000025000
PM #41900225000
PM #52000025000
PM #62000025000
Cavity #2PM #12000025000
PM #22000025000
PM #42000025000
PM #52000025000
PM #62000025000

1. Select range
2. Start Conditional Formatting (CF)
3. Choose "Format only cells that contain"
4. Cell value => Greater than or equal to => =25000 => Choose color cell format

Thanks for the Imput Unfortunately that's not really what I'm trying to achieve. I'd like the bar chart to change to the color red as soon as it reaches 25k
