Hello all,
my first post here and I'm looking for some advice.
In an effort to improve department efficiency I want to capture machine takt times/hour, and display the results on the department production board. But, it will be impossible for the operator to keep up with the "build in" machine cycle time counter (capture the data and display cycles accurately for each hour) while still running production at the same time so we need something more sophisticated to manage this task.
Any possibility to utilize Excel to come up with a solution? Current input signal (for the digital cycle counter) comes from a pressure switch
