Issues with chart walls

I am having issues giving my charts walls and floors in Excel 2016. I had an assignment with instructions for excel 2013 and everything seems to be the same except the chart wall and floor option. I would assume that 2016 would have the option for chart walls but i think it might be located in a different section that i cannot find.
