Missing Values/ Dates of a particular Month

i have 3 types of values (Name, Time, State, Missing Dates in column A, B, C, D respectively) in my excel worksheet, i want to get missed date/ values of Column B in column D. kindly help me in this regards. View attachment march atten.xlsx

i am using office 2007 :-( how i can do it on this version?
 
Is the goal in missing dates to identify when a person signed in but did not sign out? For example row 3 seems to have someone signing in but not out so we would want d3 to somehow identify that there is no corresponding sign out for that date?. A pair like row 4 and f where there is an in and an out on the same day are ok right?

Also are you looking to identify dates which are missing entirely - for which there is neither an in nor an out?
 
Both dates which are missing entirely and dates for which there is a sign in but not a sign out, or just dates which are missing entirely?

See the example, can you help PivotTable.
You can visually see which dates are missing for each name.
Furthermore, you can return a list of formulas missing date for each name?
