Power Query will not load all rows

I have a fairly simple merge query which has 197 rows. When I view it in the power query editor I can see 197 rows, however when I Close and Load to a worksheet power query only displays the first 100 rows. On he 101st row is a series of three dots ...
If I click on the three dots and hit refresh I can momentarily view all my data but the view doe not persist

What version of Power Query are you using? Is this in Excel or Power BI Desktop?

Honestly, I'd be less surprised to see this in the editor than in a worksheet...
