hi all - I have a simple request. I have the below data (sample) that I want to chart. Basically have 7 steps in a process (function column) for each market (NY, LA, CH). Trying to track if each step is early (e), on time (o) or late with the idea to track over time where we might have problems? listed next is the sample data- appreciate your thoughts. I am all over the place and need some direction:
