Problem: I have a pivot table by state and a calculated field called "Response Rate" (# Responses / # Targets). I'd like to add a 2nd column (called "Average") into the pivot table with the weighted average response rate. I've tried everything with no success and couldn't find anyone with a similar problem than mine.
Reason: On this Pivot table I have other dimensions (type of customer, segment, etc) that filter the pivot table. The user can utilize slicers to automatically update the chart. The 2nd column (average) provides to the user the average response rate for that specific group of customers.
Any help I'd appreciate!
Example:
STATE RESPONSE RATE AVERAGE (what I want)
NSW 10.7% 8.7%
ACT 5.8% 8.7%
WA 6.1% 8.7%
... ... ...
... ...
Grand Total 8.7% 8.7%
