Index Match - result from Another worksheet


Could you please help me to correct the formula on attached file. N23 P23 and R23 ( sheet , Forecast by Month )


The below formula needed a correction,


=INDEX('F&B forecst file'!$D$112:$AM$116,MATCH($M23,'F&B forecst file'!$C$112:$C$116,0),MATCH($N$3&R$4,INDEX('F&B forecst file'!D110:AM110&'F&B forecst file'!$D$111:$AM$111,),0))

BUT…
sheet F&B forecst file D110:AM110 cells need to be unmerged and the month name added to each blank cell.
