Left Align Labels

I have a bar chart, horizontally presented.

I need the labels aligned to the left as presented and i cant find where to set this. Please see below:

Any ideas?

The formatting of axes is very limited and you can not get the alignment you want.

You can fake the axis using textboxes but it requires code and is not dynamic
