Getting div-error

I am want to return the formulae value to "-". It is below

D11 cell = 10
F11 cell = 59,000

I am calculating increase in expense wherever D11-2011 EXPENSE and F11-2012 EXPENSE

formulae is =SUM(F11-D11)/D11 that returns #Div/0! Error

Please help it is my very old problem.

It gives 5899 for me, not #Div/0.

BTW, it doesn't need sum, just

=(F11-D11)/D11
