Inserting excel sheet into MS word

How do you put in a self generating (arbitrary numbers) sheet into a Word-document in order that the document has dissimilar numbers every time it is run?
e.g. Billy has (arbitrary number) tiles and Tom has (arbitrary number) tiles. How much do they have together?

You can create the list of arbitrary numbers in Excel with the function =RAND().

Then you copy the table and paste it in the Word document but you choose Paste Special and then Paste link.

The table is linked to Excel.
