Chart alignment issue

How do I fix the poor alignment of the lines? (Notice the corresponding drawn lines to the horizontal axis labels, why are they not directly in-line? It's translated to the right (and also to the left) too much...) What's going on?

Can you post the workbook rather than just a pic?
 
Or just post an example of the data laid out that is charted, so I can recreate the chart.
