2 "auto-numbers" in 1st list heading?

I desire the list to seem like this:

1.00 - Component 1
1.01
1.02
A
B
2.00 - Component 2
2.01

Is there some way that I could have mutually the 1.00 and the Part 1 be routinely numbered?
