View Full Version : Search for Excel cel content in Outlook

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out a way to search for the content of an Excel cell in an Outlook folder.
My Excel sheet contains a column with filenames. Using a VBA macro I want to check for each filename in that column (or a selection of rows) if the file with that name was ever added as an attachment to an email message in my Sent folder in Outlook. If no message containing the filename was found in Outlook I would like to highlight the cell containing the missing filename in red and receive some kind of warning.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
