Other users can't see drop-down list

Hi!

I've prepared table which contains cells where data validation tool is applied (drop down list). Just sent to my colleague, but she cannot see these drop down lists. Any suggestions? :)
 
Do you both have the same version of Excel?
 
Nope :( She has 2007 version, but I - 2010 version. Is this the problem? And if yes - how can this be fixed?
 
Already found the solution (even two):):

(1) Name the ranges of the lists you are using and then use those names when sourcing the lists for the cells;
(2) Download Microsoft Compatibility pack
