Is there a simple way to have the rows that have a balance of 0 appear dim when the sheet is loaded then if I enter a balance have it go back to "normal"?

Hi Emanuel,

You bet. You're looking for conditional formatting. Here's how you use it:

- Select A2:Y43
- Home --> Conditional Formatting --> New Rule
- Use a formula to determine which cells to format (last option)
- Formula: =$E2=0
- Click Format --> Font --> Color --> Choose a light grey colour
- Click OK --> OK

That should do it for you.

HTH,

Ken this works perfectly for me. Plus based on what I've read here on other posts I figured out what the formula does and was able to make a second one that will highlight any card that is at 90% or greater utilization.

I have a few more tasks for my spreadsheet that I need help with but I'm going to make separate posts for them one at a time after I get each step working.
