Can we get this with excel pivot table

I have attached two sheets Data & Reqd Output. I want to know can we get required output with pivot table if yes ,then how can I achieve it or is there any other way for it

I've added two additional columns (in red color) in your data range.
Also I've assumed that you need to count rather than sum the instances.
