Adding an acronym to the MS Word 2016 dictionary

I've been writing a lot of workflows with the acronym for electronic health record or EHR in the workflow. I've been trying to figure out how to be able to type "EHR" into the workflows and not have it changed to "HER" after typing the next word in the sentence. I know there used to be a way to add words (or in this case acronyms) so that they would be recognized.

Can anyone help me with this please?
