    Excel Books

    I've always been a fan of John Walkenbach's books. I've found them very easy to read, and packed with information. To my mind, you can't go wrong with one of John's books. He's got a ton of them, so even if you need a different version, hop over to Amazon and look for the same title with a different version number.

    It does not! it adds the value 12 and doesn't even look at row 12! In this context it adds 12 days (=288 hours). Barmy.
