Great New Site Features!

Hello everyone,
Well, the move from my old host to the new one has finally happened, and I've got some great news here about a few new features on the site.
- More ways to list articles
- If you click the Articles button at left, you'll now see that there are a few more ways to search them. I've now been able to create lists sorted by Publishing Date, Last Update, Main Technology, and also a list of site news articles. I'm hoping to add some sorting feature to them, and also a bit more drill down as time goes on.
- Google ads relocated
- I've moved the Google ad banner to the bottom of the page. This means that short articles aren't ending up with really long pages unnecessarily, and also means that you can get to the bottom of the article before you run away through those links. ;)
- Printer friendly pages
- This has been on my list for quite some time. At the bottom of each page, next to the number of reads, you'll find a link to the "printer friendly" page view. It's not quite as pretty, but it will allow you to print my articles without the menus, Google ads, and other distractions.
- Recent Articles List from PODA
- On the right side of your screen, under the "Popular Content" section, you'll now see the most recent articles published by the Professional Office Developers Association.
- Emails with Site Updates!
- I've definately saved the best news for last... As many of you are aware, I've been trying to set up a system to send out notifications to people when I add new content to the site. With the switch to my new host, it has finally become a reality! I've been testing over the last few days, and it appears that things are working well. If you'd like to use this feature, sign up for an account (or sign in to yours), and check your "Notify" settings. The site software checks for new content every 6 hours and then sends an email to all subscribed members. You can opt for the Title only, the Title and Teaser, or the entire body of the article.
I've left this page open to comments for the registered users of the site as well.
All the best,
Ken Puls
