Prioritization formula

Hi all! I'm looking to create a formula that will prioritize percentages and assign a "1st priority", "2nd priority", etc. For example:

You go to a conference and attend 1/5 sessions on Topic A, 3/5 sessions on Topic B and 5/5 sessions on Topic C.

How could i create a formula that would say since Topic C had the highest % of sessions attended, that would be the first priority, followed by Topic B which would be the second priority then Topic A?
