How to merge/consolidate multiple files into one?

Hello - I am very new to these forums & to VBA so please bear with me :)

I have about 80 files every two weeks that I need to consolidate/merge/combine (whatever you want to call it) into one master file. There aren't formulas. All i want to do it consolidate each log into one master file in order to sort/filter to prep one file to upload into our payroll system.

Attached are two examples. They each contain three worksheets. I only want to consolidate "This Tab Only" from each file into one master file.

I have found some VBA language and tried it on my own by renaming filepaths and file names and data ranges but am not having any luck.
