I need help please figuring out how to add items to listbox and remove selected!

Hello,

I'm trying to add a code to a userfom to be able to add an item to the listbox. a sample file is attached if you please would like to help me out. I also would like to delete an item from listbox after double click and it showing up in textboxes underneath listbox.
