Stuck with MEDIAN IF array formula

Hello guys!

I really need help with this formula please!
(also as an attachement)

I need to calculate the median egg laying date for each species of bird for each year and I came up with this formula: =MEDIAN(IF((A3:A10170=F4)*(B3:B10170=G4),C3:C10170))
and I use ctrl,shift,enter but excel (2007) keeps telling me there is an error!

What do you guys think, can anyone figure out where the error is?

as far I can see (pictures are not of great help) formula is correct.

Maybe range C3:C10170 houses some TEXT, MEDIAN can't seem to get along.
