How can I create a formula for

IF column A matches column C, then divide b/d.

I can only receive results if I us only = and change column a to Oct only.

Help

Thank you

Perhaps post a small sample sheet. It all depends on how col A and C are formatted.
If they are formatted as date ( not text looking like date) ( and col C heading being 01/10/2060 but formatted as "mm") then it would be IF(MONTH(A1)=MONTH(C1)....

Each month i need to bring the entries into a different currency and i want to run a formula down looking only for the Month in a date formula. I tried what you suggested but it didn't work. An error came up and asked me to remove my attachment until after 5 posts. this is my second.

This works only for October with your layout. What do you want to do if the amount changes in October?
What about the other months?View attachment 5754

Thank you so much.

Currently we have been using the opening month rate. Do you have a formula that would look for a date range in column A and match a date range, i am thinking i would need to added two columns for the match in say D (starting date) and E (an ending date)?

If you have this formula would be great.

Thank you

Leslie

Again, post a small example of desired results. It's easier to understand

BTW do not quote entire posts unnecessarily, they clutter the thread and make it hard to read. Thanks
