Hi @windseaker
Do you think that someone will thinking about your problem in the picture, also entering the example of your data from a PDF document and to waste their time to help you?

Why did not you attach Excel file and describe your problem?
Also you created a sheet before and after with the expected results.
Thank you for your attention.

@navic

this is a cross posted question
an actual Excel file (after requesting) was posted on another site.

The gig is up

I am say NoS say.
If I have to wear this mask with the tough hang out for the rest of my old short days, so be it.
Folks, I am just trying to get help here!
No embellishments,
No corporate manipulation,
No political lies.

Just added the worksheet, if any one wants to help.

Thank you

I apologies, I must quote all your text.
We just want to spend our free time to you and help if we can, with regard to your request and your help with concrete data and description of your problem. (What, from where, logic desired results, etc.)

Just that you write what you want specifically.
What are the source data from which draggin data?
In which the cell and the column should be the results?
Also, you can write the expected results for a few examples (eg. example with color red font, my be some comment in expected cell etc...).

None of us has a "magic ball" and no one is "clairvoyant magician" :)

You welcome and thank to you
