I am not getting G value

Please post a sample sheet - Thx

Following your later illustration, my attachment starts with "E/G" data in Col A. As is, no records have STATUS = "g", so the G Values can't be returned.
See my attachment for a solution. For the record, it would be much simpler to include some AND/OR functions but as is, its a good illustration of the effective use of brackets in getting the formula to work correctly.
