Need formula to get values similar to a polynomial with some additional constants

Hi Excel Gurus,

I'm looking for a formula that can give me values similar to a polynomial with some additional constants. Please see attached excel, user would input 5 values:

Start Month: This defines the cell where the first value is present
End Month: This defines the cell where the last value is present
Peak Month: This defines the cell that has the peak/maximum value
Peak Resources: This is the peak/maximum value plotted in the cell mentioned in "Peak Month"
Total MM: All values should add up to this number.
