Highlight Cell by Conditional Formating

Hi,
can you highlight the desire cell through conditional formating.


condition: if Mat Type = "Scrap" and % of shortage = " <1 "
if Mat Type = "ORM" and % of shortage = "<0.5 "

which row full fills the above condition, the enire row or particular BOE coloum filed should be highlight.

pl find attached excel file "Book1.xlsx"

Use a formula of

=OR(AND($C5="SCRAP",$G5<1),AND($C5="ORM",$G5<0.5))
