    Hi

    I have two columns Say A & B.----------around 40000 names in both the columns

    I need to trim those two columns.. i need VBA Code .

    Note --inbetween thr are blanks also

    Trim in what way? You want to remove the spaces around them?

    If so, it would be much faster to extend =TRIM(A1) down your 40,000 rows, copy the data and paste it as values...

    if i use = trim(cell) & autofill to last row.. Its taking more time to run..thanks
