How do I have a date change only on Tuesday and Friday?

I'm trying to formulate a cell as a date that changes only on Tuesday and Friday. The spreadsheet will be used daily, but this particular cell's date only changes on Tuesday and Friday. On Tue-Thu, the date remains Tuesday's. On Fri-Mon, the date remains Friday's.

Is it ever used on the weekend? Ie does Saturday and Sunday matter?

This should work:

=IF(WEEKDAY(TODAY(),12)<=3,TODAY()-(WEEKDAY(TODAY(),13)),TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),16))

Works for me today, test it again on friday, monday and tuesday.
